Phillips Law Partners with St Michael’s Hospice

6 November 2025

We are delighted to announce that Phillips Law is once again supporting St Michael’s Hospice (North Hampshire) as part of their annual Make a Will Campaign throughout November.

This initiative gives you the opportunity to make or update your Will in exchange for a donation to St Michael’s Hospice to support their vital work caring for patients and families across North Hampshire.

How it works:

We ask for a minimum donation of £200 (for a single Will) or £350 (for mirror Wills for a couple) to St Michael’s Hospice. We waive our usual fee for preparing simple single or mirror Wills.  This helps to fund the essential care and support St Michael’s Hospice provides to our local community.

Our partnership with St Michael’s Hospice

St Michael’s Hospice has been Phillips Law’s Charity of the Year on two occasions, and we’re proud to say that to date we have raised over £42,000 for this exceptional local charity.  We have seen first-hand the incredible difference they make to patients and their loved ones during the most challenging times.

St Michael’s Hospice said

“We spend most of our lives planning ahead, yet we find it difficult to think about planning for what might happen at the end of our life, or even after our death and life-altering moments can happen when you least expect them.  Make a Will is an opportunity for you to create or update an existing Will while supporting hospice care in North Hampshire. Thanks to the generosity of Phillips Law, who have waived their usual fees for preparing simple single or joint Wills, you can donate the fee to St Michael’s Hospice instead.

Whether you are making a Will for the first time or updating an existing one, this initiative provides peace of mind while helping to fund the essential services of the hospice.”

Lisa Perry, Partner and Co-Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate, shared

“At Phillips we are proud to support St Michael’s Hospice and the service they provide to the local community. We have attended St Michael’s Hospice on various occasions to meet with clients and are always amazed by the friendly and supportive atmosphere. St Michael’s Hospice provides such a personable service at such difficult times of people’s lives, both for patients and their families.” Lisa Perry, Partner and Legal Director of Wills, Trusts, and Probate.

Making a Will doesn’t have to be daunting. It’s one of the most important things you can do to protect your family and ensure your wishes are carried out. Whether you’re making a Will for the first time or updating an existing one, our experienced team is here to guide you through the process.
