Lisa is the co-head of the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department at Phillips Law and a Partner with 17 years’ experience. She qualified in 2008 after studying at Bristol University and the College of Law in Guildford.

Lisa specialises in preparing complex Wills, particularly for business owners and farming clients, as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney.  Lisa has a wealth of experience in dealing with the administration of estates, including dealing with high net worth and cross-border estates, and regularly advises on intricate estate planning matters. Lisa is also highly experienced in setting up and administering lifetime trusts.

Known for her friendly and compassionate approach, Lisa enjoys building long-term relationships with her clients by providing clear, practical advice and keeping them regularly updated throughout the process.

Lisa is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Association of Lifetime Lawyers, and the Law Society Private Client Section.

– Administering Estates including complex Inheritance Tax Returns relating to Business and Agricultural Property Relief and lifetime gifts
– Estate Planning and Preparation of Wills for Managing Director involving a business worth more than £10 million
– Working with complex family dynamics in estate administration and navigating to a successful conclusion
– Dealing with Settled Land Act application for a Special Grant of Probate
– Estate Planning for Clients with complex assets, including business, farming and farming partnerships
