Landlord and Tenant

Landlord Services

If you are a Landlord we can provide a bespoke service covering advice and documentation from when your Tenant enters the property to the time when they leave.

We are able to offer advice on the various notices that should be served before and after a Tenant occupies a property, as well as offering advice regarding the legal requirements of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and your ongoing responsibilities as a Landlord during the tenancy.

If you are in a dispute with a Tenant we will assist you to resolve the situation and if necessary provide advice and representation in Court for Residential Possession Proceedings. Whether you are looking to sell a property and need vacant possession, or a Tenant has failed to pay their rent, we will take prompt action to avoid incurring unnecessary cost.

Tenant Services

We are experienced in representing Tenants and protecting their legal rights. If you are a Tenant we assist and advise you should your Landlord bring proceedings against you. We can also advice you in relation to Property Repair Claims and disputes regarding Tenant Deposits, as well as provide advice on Service Charge, Management Disputes and Lease Extensions.

Our Fees

Where possible we will offer a fixed fee, so you will know what the costs are from the start. For more complex or uncertain projects, we will provide you with an estimate of the likely fees involved and keep you updated throughout the matter.
