Get to know...

Lauren is a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) specialising in residential property, with nearly a decade of experience supporting clients through a wide range of transactions and clients from first-time buyers through to high-net-worth clients and companies. Lauren also has a keen interest in rural and equestrian property, being a keen equestrian herself.

Lauren began her legal career at a small high street practice in Bracknell in 2015, where she built a strong foundation in residential conveyancing. Alongside practical experience, Lauren studied with CILEx Law School in the evenings while working full-time, demonstrating a sustained commitment to developing her legal expertise and qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2022. Lauren is currently cross-qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer.

Following qualification Lauren joined regional Legal 500 firm Herrington Carmichael, further broadening her experience in residential property matters. In April 2024, Lauren moved to Davies Blunden & Evans, which merged with Phillips in April 2026, where she continues to act for clients in all residential property matters (except statutory lease extensions and independent legal advice), providing clear, pragmatic advice throughout the process.

Lauren prides herself on delivering a professional yet approachable service, ensuring that clients feel informed and supported at every stage of their transaction.
