Phillips Law has announced the acquisition of Davies Blunden & Evans (DBE), a long-established law firm serving the communities of Farnborough and Yateley.

The acquisition, effective from 1 April 2026, represents a significant milestone in Phillips Law’s 40th anniversary year and is a major step in the firm’s continued growth across the M3 corridor and the new North Hampshire Strategic Authority area.

While the name on the door is changing, our commitment to our clients remains the same. Together, we bring over 150 years of experience in Hampshire, helping local and national clients put clear plans in place and avoid unnecessary complications.
