The Ministry of Justice has announced that certain lawyers are classified as key workers as they deliver essential services during the coronavirus crisis.
These include solicitors acting in connection with the execution of wills, such as Lucy Watson, who heads our Wills and Probate team at Phillips.
She is a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and an accredited member of SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly).
If you have an issue that you would like to discuss, please contact Lucy in the first instance by calling 01256 854646 or send her an email to [email protected]
She will then assess your situation and discuss with you whether a face-to-face appointment is necessary.
All our lawyers at Phillips Solicitors incorporating Brain Chase Coles are able to work remotely whilst we continue to provide legal services to our clients during this difficult time.
Lucy offers some sound advice about the importance of having a Will, updating an exiting Will and how we can help maximise Inheritance Tax allowances with her YouTube video. To watch it please click here to go to our Phillips YouTube channel.
