It’s International Women’s Day!

We’re proud to say that 76% of our colleagues are women. They hold a whole range of positions from directors, heads of departments, solicitors, paralegals and our invaluable legal secretaries and legal assistants, reception staff to those who keep our accounts in check.
We’d like to say thank you to everyone of them who help make Phillips the success it is.
Two of our Directors Gill Brown and Hayley Eachus feature in a new Basingstoke Together Business Improvement District promotion called Basing Folk, which launched today to coincide with International Women’s Day. Basingstoke Together spoke to influential women from around Basingstoke town centre, who are at the top of their fields and those who are just starting out.
Click here to read their stories and find out about their diverse job roles, unique backgrounds and the challenges they face.
