27 November 2025
On 27 November 2025 our directors from Phillips Law braved freezing temperatures and an outdoor ice bath as part of the Frozember Ice Challenge, raising vital funds for our Charity of the Year, The Pink Place.
Directors Jack Gardener, David Robinson, Max Hope, and Hayley Eachus, took on the challenge to support local women affected by cancer and their families.
The Pink Place provides free wellbeing support to women impacted by cancer and their loved ones, offering services that make a real difference to families across the community.

A Challenge Worth Taking
Reflecting on the experience, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate, Jack Gardener said,
“It was colder than we imagined, but every shiver was worth it for such an incredible cause.”
Hayley Eachus, Managing Partner and Head of Conveyancing, added:
“The Pink Place does amazing work in our community. If a few minutes in icy water helps them, we’re all in!”
David Robinson, Managing Director, described the moment:
“It was a shock to the system, but knowing the difference this makes kept us going.”
Managing Partner and Head of Litigation, Max Hope, reflected on the experience:
“Taking on the Frozember challenge was truly memorable. The cold was intense, but knowing our efforts support The Pink Place made it all worthwhile and a lot of fun.”

Supporting Our Community
Phillips Law is proud to support The Pink Place as its Charity of the Year. The organisation’s work transforms lives, providing essential support during some of the most challenging times families face.
The firm invites the community to join them in supporting this vital cause through their fundraising page. To date, Phillips Law has raised over £11,000 for The Pink Place.
