Phillips Law act on a new lease acquisition for the makers of children’s TV show Tractor Ted!

Phillips Law is delighted to have advised Tractorland Limited on the acquisition of their new warehouse and offices in Frome, Somerset. Tractorland Limited are the company behind the popular children’s TV show Tractor Ted, where children join Tractor Ted and Midge the dog on their adventures and learn about life on the farm and in the countryside. The new lease acquisition secures the company a new year lease of warehouse space with ancillary offices in the rural county of Somerset where Tractorland Limited was founded.

The Phillips team was led by partner Clare Strachan and instructions were provided by Chris Humpherson of Tractorland Limited.
Clare Strachan comments:

“It has been a pleasure to work with Tractorland Limited and secure them new space which has been crucial for their business expansion.
Working with Chris at Tractor Ted has been brilliant and we are delighted that we could deliver the additional space to facilitate the company’s growth and the production of the well-loved Tractor Ted toys and merchandise.”

The transaction showcases Phillips’ continued strength acting for corporate occupiers acquiring new premises across the UK, particularly in the retail, logistics and industrial sectors.
