Specialist Areas: Residential Conveyancing
Theresa has considerable experience working in the Residential Conveyancing Department. Theresa is a qualified licensed conveyancer and she specialises in shared ownership purchases working with first time buyers. In addition to helping first time buyers purchase their first home, Theresa can also assist with Staircasing matters – the process whereby purchaser’s increase the share they own in their shared ownership property.
Theresa joined the firm in 1998 and has over 20 years experience working in the Residential Conveyancing team. In addition to the work Theresa does within the Conveyancing team, she is also a valued member of the Charity Committee within the firm and is a keen fundraiser for the firm’s charity of the year.
