Samantha accepts instructions covering a wide range of commercial, property, construction, employment, and professional negligence disputes. She has previously practised at city firms Fenwick Elliott and Plexus Law and in-house with Aviva.
Samantha is a robust and clear litigator, comfortable in detail and finer points of law; she is equally at home contesting cases to trial or settling matters early in correspondence or at mediation.
Additionally, Samantha receives instructions from members of the Armed Forces on matters of disciplinary law, service complaints, and employment issues; having worked closely with the British Army, she carries a deep organisational knowledge.
Samantha studied History at the University of Warwick and Law at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
