With a strong foundation in law and a dynamic career in Human Resources, Rosi brings a unique blend of legal insight and people-focused strategy to the role as People Business Partner at Phillips Law.
She obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2011 and worked across various legal firms in areas such as Corporate, Commercial and Employment Law. After relocating to the UK in 2017, Rosi transitioned into Human Resources, completing her Level 5 CIPD qualification in HR Management in 2019.
Since then, she’s held HR roles across sectors including healthcare, technology, and most recently, the entertainment and leisure industry. Her experience spans Core HR, organisational transformation, and talent & leadership development as such, Rosi thrives in environments undergoing cultural and structural change, developing people, enabling growth, and building inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
