Lisa has worked in the local area in property law since 1988 qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1995 and is also a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Lisa is well versed in all property matters showing a great depth of knowledge in Help to Buy, new plot sales / purchases, and shared ownership having excellent working relationships with the majority of the large Housing Associations in the area. She demonstrates skill and an understanding of the issues and time constraints that are important to our clients and supports the client for the entirety of the transaction. Lisa maintains a good relationship with local estate agents, Housing Associations and financial advisors and receives a wealth of personal recommendations.
Recent work highlights include:
- Being appointed to a panel of only 2 Solicitors for a large city development in the Southwest, acting for individual purchasers;
- dealing with the sale of multiple new plots on a development near Basingstoke for a local developer
- recently being nominated as a recommended Solicitor for Shared ownership resales; and
- being a selected panel solicitor for purchasers of new build properties on a large development in East London many of whom utilised the Help to Buy Scheme.
