Jo is a senior Associate who has worked within the residential property department since 1996.
Jo deals with all areas of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages and new build purchases. Jo also deals with a large number of help to buy purchases and acts for clients who wish to redeem their help to buy loans. Jo is able to guide clients through this complicated procedure.
Jo also has a considerable amount of experience acting for buyers purchasing new build properties off plan and is mindful of the additional challenges that this poses.
Jo has an excellent working relationship with local estate agents and major developers which is invaluable to ensure a smooth sale or purchase. She regularly receives high commendations from clients as a result of the high quality of the advice and service that she provides.
