Joanna qualified as a solicitor in London in 2015, beginning her career at a leading international firm, Fieldfisher LLP. She later expanded her global perspective by working for Addleshaw Goddard LLP in Dubai, advising multinational corporations on cross-border deals, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring. Her international background has shaped a legal style that balances precision with commercial insight.
Joanna’s areas of specialist practice include the sale and purchase of businesses (share and asset purchase agreements), drafting of shareholder agreements and articles of association, corporate governance and structuring advice.
