James specialises in M&A, asset sales and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures/shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.
James joined Phillips in early 2024, returning to his Hampshire roots after working for law firms and businesses in London, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and Toronto.
