Holly joined Phillips Law’s Farnborough office, as Senior Associate in September 2026. She previously worked at CP Law Solicitors, where she joined in August 2013. Holly is a Licensed Conveyancer and Probate Practitioner, having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in March 2012 and as a Probate Practitioner in March 2026.
Holly has a wealth of experience dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions, new builds (including Help to Buy schemes) and land registration issues, and has expanded her expertise as a Probate Practitioner.
Combining Holly’s deep knowledge of property law with professional estate administration means she can offer a seamless, holistic service for clients navigating life’s major transitions.
