George has worked on a wide range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of duties under the Companies Act 2006, defamation, debt recovery and claims under the Insolvency Act 1986, often with an international or multi-jurisdictional element.
George has experience in litigating in the High Court, including any of the specialist lists, and in the County Courts. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration.
George has also worked on large international arbitrations (ICC and GAFTA), assisting with document production, interim applications, witness evidence, electronic document management platforms and all aspects of preparation for hearings.
