The term “Partner” in relation to Phillips Solicitors Limited (t/a Phillips Law) (“Phillips”) is not automatically used to refer to a Director of Phillips. A full list of the Directors of Phillips is open to inspection at our registered office, which is Town Gate 38 London Street Basingstoke RG21 7NY.  Certain Partners are Directors, but the term Partner is used to refer to a Senior, qualified Employee in the Business usually with management responsibilities in their specific team.
