Samantha King Shortlisted as Legal PA of the Year

5 December 2025

We are pleased to announce that Samantha King has been shortlisted in the Legal PA category at the 2025 PA of the Year Awards.

She is a fundamental part of both our Corporate & Commercial and Employment teams, as well as being part of our Charity committee. This recognition highlights the invaluable support Samantha provides.

Jack Gardener, Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial, said:

“Samantha is a key member of the corporate and commercial team as well as the wider Phillips family. She is a fabulous colleague and is the glue which keeps us together and allows us to provide an excellent service to our clients. We are delighted to see her talent being recognised by being shortlisted as a finalist for this award.”

More about the Award

It recognises the outstanding work of Assistants who support their teams nationally. Celebrating those who demonstrate a genuine passion for their role. It highlights individuals who consistently go above and beyond to support their firms, colleagues and clients.

Last year’s winner, Jo Benjamin, Senior Legal PA at Baker McKenzie, described the qualities that set an outstanding Legal PA apart as “diplomacy, conscientiousness, efficiency and an ability to build strong interpersonal relationships… coupled with a sense of humour”. Samantha has shown these qualities throughout her work with the team.

Good luck, Samantha!
