Town Gate Mediation, which is a part of Phillips Solicitors, is supporting Family Mediation Week, running from January 22 to January 26.
Organised by the Family Mediators Association (FMA), the purpose of the week is to raise awareness of the benefits of family mediation and to encourage separating couples to consider the option as a way of helping them to take control of their situation.
Mediation can help to secure a far better outcome for couples and children – it tends to be quicker, less costly and less combative than resolving issues through court.
Click here to watch a short FMA video explaining the process of family mediation.
