PHILLIPS RETAINS TOP LAW SOCIETY ACCOLADE
PHILLIPS RETAINS TOP LAW SOCIETY ACCOLADE

12 July 2019

Once again Phillips Solicitors has retained its Lexcel accreditation from The Law Society for the 14th year running.

The leading Basingstoke law firm, whose Town Gate offices are based in London Street, has been re-accredited with what many in the legal profession consider to be the gold-star legal quality mark.

The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to law firms who provide the highest level of client care and business management standards.

In order to maintain this, we undergo a rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure we meet the required standards of excellence in client care, structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, file and case management.

Senior Director Howard Gardener said: “Lexcel accreditation recognises our focus on client care and customer service.”

“This is an important award for Phillips Solicitors. It shows that we have plans, policies and procedures in place to ensure we are operating at the highest possible standard across the firm, giving our clients the very best service.”

“Gaining and maintaining Lexcel involves a lot of hard work and so it is a real credit to everyone at Phillips. On behalf of my fellow Directors I congratulate everyone on this fantastic achievement of excellence for nearly a decade and a half.”

Established 33 years ago Phillips Solicitors specialises in a wide range of legal matters concerning Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Probate, Family Law, Employment Law, Litigation, Commercial Property along with Corporate and Commercial Law.
