Phillips Solicitors has expanded its offering by teaming up with consultant Anna Rabin who is a respected authority on the law relating to non-contentious construction and engineering.
Anna acts for a broad range of clients – developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, purchasers, tenants and funds. She advises on all aspects of the documentation used in construction projects, including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bank and surety bonds, insurance issues and on the construction aspects of development, lease and funding agreements.
Anna’s expertise and opinion in her specialist areas have frequently been sought by the professional press and by leading publishers. She is a member of the Society of Construction Law (SCL) and of the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association (TeCSA).
In 2016 and 2017 Anna won the Construction Lawyer of the year in the Women in Law Awards and was a finalist in the category of Legal Services for the Best Business Women Awards, winning that award in 2018. She has also won in the category of construction law for the United Kingdom the Global Business Insight Awards in 2018 and 2019.
