After many years of success, we are delighted that the Ministry of Justice has extended this scheme for a further 12 months so that family mediation remains a financially accessible option for more families.
As the cost of living rises and legal aid is increasingly difficult to obtain, we know that finding an affordable way to resolve issues arising from family separation is a priority for many people. Family mediation can be the answer.
The MoJ Family Mediation Voucher scheme pays up to £500 towards mediation for parents to consider the arrangements for their children. Combined with the benefits of family mediation being quicker and generally cheaper than contested court proceedings, this gives many separated couples a genuine opportunity to take control of their family’s future.
Family mediation provides a neutral place for these discussions and our highly qualified and professional mediators can guide you towards an outcome which suits your particular circumstances. Rather than a family court judge deciding what it best, mediation empowers you to determine the right outcome for you and your family.
