Case Study: Loney Miller Estate Agents

Loney Miller Estate Agents is a key referral partner for Phillips Law and has been working with Jon Coles in our Residential Conveyancing team since it was established in 2018.

Loney Miller offers a “hybrid” business model with an online service alongside a traditional estate agency service entirely focused on South-West London. It specialises in terraced Edwardian houses, maisonettes and flat conversions that cover Southfields and the fringes of Wandsworth and Putney. The company has grown over the past five years on referral and recommendation.

Phillips Law caught up with Maddie Miller to hear about her experience working with Jon Coles:

“Loney Miller never take a referral fee, instead we rather recommend a decent firm/solicitor who provide reliable advice to their clients.

Jon is amazing, he’s pragmatic, easy, and sensible. It only takes one piece of bad advice to lose a sale, but we can always rely on Jon to give sound advice. He answers questions straight away and finds solutions quickly. He is totally unflappable… an estate agent’s dream!”
