A guide to share incentivisation for employers and an update on the new employment rights.
We have created a morning of practical insight that focuses on how you can reward and retain your employees while staying ahead of upcoming changes to employment law. This event brings together expertise from our corporate and employment teams, all in the beautiful setting of Barnsgrove.
Incentivising employees with confidence
Many business owners want to offer equity to incentivise key employees. It is a powerful way to reward commitment and support growth. However, share incentives schemes are rarely straightforward.
There are several different schemes available, each with its own legal, tax, and commercial implications. Choosing the right scheme requires careful thought about your business, your people, and your future plans.
During the session, Jack Gardener, Partner at Phillips Law, will guide attendees through the available share schemes. He will explain what schemes are available, how they work, and how they can be tailored to help grow your business.
