She supports the team on high-value transactions involving the sale and purchase of commercial real estate.
Previously, Sabiqa worked as a Litigation and Recoveries Paralegal at a top Legal 500 UK law firm, where she acted for major motor finance companies in recovering vehicles and outstanding debts. This role sharpened her legal drafting, and negotiation skills, particularly in high-pressure and time-sensitive environments.

Sabiqa holds a law degree from the University of Southampton, a Russell Group institution, and is currently studying the LPC as she progresses toward qualification as a solicitor.

Sabiqa is committed to building a successful career in commercial property law. Her diverse experiences, from managing complex recoveries to supporting high-value property transactions, have equipped her with strong legal skills and a practical understanding of client needs.

She approaches her work with dedication and a keen attention to detail, driven by a genuine interest in how law shapes businesses and communities.
