Mike joined Phillips Solicitors in December 2013 as Head of IT after previously working in local and central Government and manufacturing sectors. Mike has changed the whole legacy IT from the ground up, enabling us to be a cloud first, agile, forward-thinking business when it comes to technology.
- Mike guided the business in having a Cyber security culture, and being one of the first businesses in Hampshire to achieve the Government backed Cyber Essentials accreditation
- He effectively managed the IT, software, and telecom merger with multiple law firms
- Successfully led a major change to Practice Case Management System, migration, and implementation
- Advised, researched, and implemented strategic IT changes within the business to ensure agile working and business continuity which served and allowed the business to endure minimum impact during unprecedented recent times
