Simon is an experienced civil and commercial disputes lawyer. He has been successfully and efficiently dealing with a disputes for private and corporate clients in the County Courts and the High Court, as well as in mediation, for over a decade.

- Representing a high-profile client in a defamation and media dispute with a leading national newspaper.
- Successfully settling a long-running High Court matter involving a claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 which involved several finely balanced issues, including the entitlement of child beneficiaries under complex trusts.
- Successfully settling an IT related £500,000 claim for sums owed to our client by a FTSE listed tech company.
- Advising a client in relation to a First Tier Land Tribunal Appeal regarding a decision to list land owned by our client as an Asset of Community Value (“ACV”).
- Successfully obtaining an urgent Interim Possession Order for a commercial property client who discovered that their premises was being occupied by approximately 30-40 squatters and needed them removed urgently as they were in the process of trying to sell the premises.
- Advising a client in relation to an application for Judicial Review of a planning decision relating to a wine bar in central London.
- Appealing a case to the Supreme Court concerning carefully balanced points on restitution law and unjust enrichment.
