Specialist Areas: Commercial Property
Having trained and qualified with Pinsent Masons, Charlotte worked in the Real Estate teams of CMS and Simmons & Simmons where she acted for institutional investors and large corporates on a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters and general asset management. She also acted for financial institutions on secured lending transactions and for private sector consortiums on flagship deals such as the relocation of the Met Office and the privatisation of the London Tube.
Charlotte then headed up the Commercial Property team at Moorcrofts LLP before taking a career break to bring up her family. She returned to law in the private client team of a local practice where she specialised in the administration of estates, wills and lasting powers of attorney before joining the Commercial Property team at Phillips in 2022.
